Add SwX Alarm page customisation features to SA_Include alarm page

SwX Alarm pages had some useful features that are not available in the Situational Awareness project, for example:

  • Add/Remove columns at runtime

  • Re-order columns at runtime

  • Auto-fit columns

It would be great to see these features in the standard Situational Awareness projects.
