I've a customer that needs to print trends with 5 different vertical scales and therefore use the old TrendDsp functions. (Process analyst only supports 2 vertical scales).
The Customer want to print these trends and selects a printer, color mode and Landscape orientation.
However Citect ignores the users input from the print form and uses Windows defaults for the printer.
Had the customer only used client computers this could be worked around. However the customer use Citect Anywhere clients and the IT department don't like the idea of duplicating all printers for all users.
Contacted support and apparently a fix for this was scheduled but never implemented. I hope this request puts the issue back on the todo.
