Deployment is not officially and 100% supporting Terminal Server systems.
Supporting this by the Deployment Server and also the possibility to select a Profile for the Terminal Server and not is needed.

Tangentially related issue - We had moderate success running Runtime Manager as a service on a terminal server. This ensured that terminal server users (running Control Client with /x parameter) would immediately restart after receiving the latest deployment.
However, we found out that the Runtime Mananger as a service consumes an entire Control Client license from AEL when run on a terminal server. Thus one of the licenses will be wasted just for running the service.
