I have a customer who wishes that users with insufficient privileges are not allowed to "Navigate" to the alarm.
So basically. The same behavior as acknowledging and shelving that is greyed out (See the attached picture). Or at least have an option to change the behavior.
The workaround for us right now is some Cicode.
