Idea business value

In order to access kernel of a system that normally runs as a service requires a major reconfiguration of the system and has a significant impact on the customer's operation while debugging is being performed. Having the kernel when running as a service greatly reduces the work required to perform debugging of a system that normally runs as a service.

    • Kernel now works when running as a service in Plant SCADA 2023 R2

      • Users can open the kernel of any process via Runtime Manager and will be prompted for credentials to login.

      • “Kernel user” has been deprecated, A new “Kernel Access” property has been added to the Role definition to control access.
